Guild Idle

Guild Idle is a free browser idle RPG about building the most powerful adventuring guild you can. Recruit heroes, form parties, and send them into affixed dungeons — they fight automatically while you manage builds, upgrades, and strategy. No install. No account. Saves in your browser.
What Makes Guild Idle Different
Most idle games give you one path forward. Guild Idle gives you decisions.
Every dungeon run rolls randomized **affixes** that change the rules — enemy damage shields, gold penalties, reinforcement waves, boss mutations. You can't autopilot through bad affixes; you have to build parties that handle them.
At level 10, each hero picks one of 28 subclasses [2 for each base class] that fundamentally changes how they play. For example a warrior can become a Berserker whom scales with his missing health or a Paladin who is able to shield the party and redirect incoming damage to it's enemies.
The skill tree currently has 120+ nodes across 9 themed clusters. In a non-linear web of choices — you plot a route through it based on your class composition and play-style.
How to Play
- Recruit heroes from the Heroes tab. Each hero belongs to one of several classes — Warrior, Ranger, Mage, and more.
- Form parties in the Parties tab. Drag heroes into party slots and consider class synergies.
- Roll and dispatch — select a dungeon, review the randomized affixes, and send your party. They fight automatically floor by floor.
- Collect loot when the run ends. Heroes equip gear they bring back, gaining stat bonuses that carry into future runs.
- Level up heroes through repeated runs. At level 10, each hero picks a subclass — 28 subclasses across all classes, each with a unique passive identity.
- Allocate skill points in the skill tree — a 120-node web with 9 themed clusters. Build for raw stats, keystones, or hybrid paths. No two builds need to look alike.
- Complete bounties from the Bounty Board for bonus gold and special rewards.
- Unlock the Codex — discover new monsters, items, and entries that grant permanent passive bonuses the more you explore.
- The Eternal Strife — once you've cleared the main tiers, a true endgame for begging for optimization.
- Beyond Colosseum — after your heroes fall in The Eternal Strife, send them into the arena, to fight against other player's fallen heroes to gain glory & fight for your place on the leaderboards!
Free to Play
Guild Idle is completely free. No popups, no energy timers, no pay-to-win purchases. A small banner ad helps keep the game running — it never interrupts play. Your progress saves automatically in your browser's local storage — just bookmark it and come back.

Bug, at default zoom (in my screen), the hero stats (eg. where you assign level up points), goes outside the screen, I need to zoom out from 100% --> 70% to make it fit as intended.
Thanks for the bug report! I've pushed a new build that should clean up that Hero Module. If you're still having the same issue post a screenshot here if you can, as that would help me narrow down the exact problem.
Nice one, i lost one half hour, even i didn't had the intention :)
Thank you for the kind comment!
Um... please change the icon for "Fire Hero".
I thought it was some sort of upgrade to a fire elemental class. Since there was a fire next to it. Make your hero fire based. It's also next to a bunch of other upgrades.
I was then very confused when my hero was gone with all of my best loot.

Thanks for the feedback!! I really appreciate it considering how early in development I am.
I'll make it more clear and deploy it into a patch I'm working on deploying tonight!! Sorry for the loss of your best hero :(
